At Velec, we offer complete and highly hygienic lines to maximise your frozen burger production The Velec experts have designed two solutions to best meet your needs. Our solution accompanies you from the forming of your steaks to the palletization of your products. Customized, it adapts to your products and helps you optimize their quality while maintaining a high level of hygiene.
Mechanical Solution
- Up to 250 burgers/min
Our mechanical solution loads and orders your steaks from the freezer to the flowpack thanks to the centrifugal machine. This mechanical solution fits perfectly in the tightest and most restricted environments.
Robotic Solution
- Up to 80 burgers/min/picker
Our robotic solution loads your steaks from the freezer to the flowpack. Equipped with hygienic pickers, this solution can load all packaging configurations: one or more layers, in even and odd numbers.

Each gripper is tailored to your product and your packaging. At primary packaging, grippers are engineered to match the exact texture and structure of your burgers. At secondary packaging, they are adapted to the density of the plastic, ensuring stable picking and consistent pack quality.
One Line, Endless Recipes
Run multiple recipes, burger types, and packaging sizes on a single line, from small packs to XXL family formats. Products can be arranged in all directions (parallel or perpendicular) and in any packing configuration: single or multi-layer, with different counts per layer. With preset recipes and dismountable grippers, changeovers take only minutes, while maintaining consistent quality and presentation.

At the freezer outlet, an advanced laser inspection system analyzes each burger in real time, checking shape, color, and overall appearance. Any deviation from your quality standards is instantly detected and flagged, allowing immediate action before products reach packaging.
