The Velec Systems continuous oven loading and unloading solution automates the upstream and downstream phases of the line. The strings of sausages, coming from the stuffing line, are positioned on bars and then robotically loaded into a continuous oven for cooking, smoking, and cooling. At the exit, the bars are automatically unloaded and the strings are placed on several conveyors for cutting or peeling operations.

The Continuous Oven Unloading solution removes bars from the oven and transfer sausage strings onto conveyors. Products are smoothly directed toward cutting, peeling, or further processing with full control of flow. This ensures a continuous, reliable output after cooking and cooling.
