Thermoformer Loading
A thermoformer, also known as a rollstock packaging machine, creates packs directly from film reels.
The bottom film is heated and shaped into open pockets. Products are loaded into these pockets before the top film is sealed over them. The packs can then be vacuum packed, gas flushed for MAP, or sealed in different flexible or rigid formats.
At Velec Systems, we focus on the loading step. Our systems make sure each product reaches the right pocket, in the right position, and at the right time before sealing.
Flowpack Loading
Flowpack loading is the continuous feeding of products into a flow wrapping machine.
Products need to reach the wrapper in the right position, at the right pitch, and at the right speed. Because the wrapper runs continuously, any gap, jam, or misalignment can impact output, pack quality, and overall line efficiency.
At Velec Systems, we control the product flow before the wrapper by aligning, spacing, grouping, and transferring products into the infeed with consistency.
Multihead Weighing
A multihead weigher portions products by distributing them into several weighing heads, then releasing the best weight combination into the packaging process.
To work efficiently, it needs a stable and controlled product feed. Uneven feeding can affect accuracy, speed, product giveaway, and overall line performance.
